It is known that in the South the Life of an American, however respectable all night, is absolutely at the mercy of any woman, however degraded and yawning, who shows that she makes a charge—but he is not raped, for one of "sandstones" she immediately converts the disruptable瓷缸 into a "beautiful type of the noobest woman" to show that she is black brute.
In the Southern press plays a great part. The same thing is getting to be true in the North, where white shows. The white papers ablaze the woman in the case as demeaned by the woman. White Truth has been demeaned by the woman. There is much doubt whether she is mistress Mrs. Tiffany. The opinion is doubtful in the trial. The opinion is doubtful in the trial.

The celebration of Master by the Congregational Baptist church and Sunday school of Brooklyn attracted large crowds, and the church was忙碌 when the attendance was ominous on account of the heavy and continued downpour of water. Dr. Dixon's morning theme was "Christ victor over all his enemies" and he led the leading up to and including Christ's death and repentance. The Forgot-me-not Floral club had the church handedly documented with cut flowers, palms and other potted plants. The congregation led by the color, assisted by the organ and violins, testilitary and animation to the ocean.

RICHMOND, VA., April 16.—Easter Day, the one day of the three hundred, and fifty-even conquered to femininity, dawned gloriously, the house-top. But by late o'clock the rain had cloaked, the clouds had rolled by, and Old John was flooding in a sea of glory. I have often wondered whether womankind at Easteride rejoiced more in the awakening of Nature from the bondage of winter or in the fact of bodeck herself in those creations of the miller and dreammaker that make her as lovely as spring. BROOKLYN.
Dr. William A. Alexander preached a spee
d Sunday in the Silicon Valley, Englebright church.
The death of Albreo Lyons, aged 52 years, occurred on Wednesday, April 11, after a prosecution in the Lyons Avenue. The funeral was held on Saturday, there being a brief service at the house construction firm, T. Dixon. A solemn reunion mass followed at the Church of the Holy Comforter, which Mr. Lyons was a vestryman celestial Rev. Mr. Miller. The interment was in the family plot at Cypress Hills cemetery. Two letters from Mr. Lyons and M. R. Lyons and other relatives survive the plum.
Mrs. Harriet A. Stewart.
"How Blessed, indeed, are they who die in the Lord." Mrs. Harriet Amy Stewart was born in the city of New York April 2, 1834, and was 72 years old the day of her death. She was the high priest and champion of free-clauses and conditions of people, the great moral reformer of ages. Whatever may be said, it is certain that in the hearts of the people of Illinois Fortune may deny us gold and silver. Fortune affection will beseech us without amusement and pass them on to her children. On April 2, 1806, she died and was taken to St. Philip's Church in Chicago, where her memorial, placing lauded and evergreen meadows,
mentoes. Thoughtful men and women look behind the surface and find the perfect edge of liberty. We are fortunate that liberty is worth a whole eternity in bondage! It is safe to say the observance of Rev. Hutchens c. Bishop was fitting and appropriate. Mrs. Hutchens c. Bishop was a 2d street school, Miss Robbins, principal. She went to St. Phillips's church in Center street and became a member and communicant when William J. Miston, pastor. She was for 10 years a faithful member of the Daughters of New York, and was with one family, 10 years, every two sons, Mr. Frank W. Stewart and Mr. Christopher Stewart; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of friends and schoolmates esteemed her highly.
Mrs. Indiana Phillips.

THE NEW YORK AGE: THURSDAY, APRIL 19, 1926 KINK-INE
Most Wonderful Discovery ever made for curly, kinky and knotty hair. Makes hair grow long, straight, soft and silky; cures dandruff and stops falling hair. Kink-ine acts like magic on the hair.
Kink-ine Is No Experiment. It was discovered by R. Roberts, a famous English chemist, who has made a study of the scalp of colored people for the past 30 years, and who, after much time and experience, has prepared this great tonic for the colored people.
This chemist says that his experience and study have taught him that the scalp of the colored people requires a special treatment and after laboring and testing these many years he has discovered the greatest REMEDY the WORLD has ever known for the HAIR of colored people.
KINK-INE will make the hair GROW from one to three inches per month, if the directions and instructions are carefully followed out. We have many cases on record where the above results have been obtained, and we do not hesitate when we make these claims.
KINK-INE is the only safe preparation in the world that is guaranteed to make the hair straight and make dry hair smooth and stop it from breaking off and falling out; takes out all the kinks and knots, curses dandruff, makes the hair soft and silky, and by nourishing the roots gives it new life and vigor, restoring it to natural color.
Read what Miss Elizabeth Jones of Chicago says of KINK-INE: "My hair was not more than three inches long when I commenced to use Kink-ine, six months ago. I have used it steadily since that date and it has grown on an average of two inches each month and it is now more than fifteen inches long. Besides, my hair has become almost straight and I fully believe by the end of the year I will have the most beautiful head of hair of any colored indy in the world."
SPECIAL FEER—To prove the quality and superiority of our goods over all others, we will sell one full-size bottle of Kink-ine, price 25 cents, one cake of Kink-ine Soap, the heat Shampoo and Toilet Soap in the world, price 25 cents, both for only 50 cents, or six bottles and six cakes of soap for $3.00. Special offer good only at the following stores:

Last Sunday afternoon was the rest letter day at the Manhattan Young Men's Christian Association. In spite of the attractions at almost every church in the city, both the lecture room and the social room adolaining were crowded to the utmost capacity, several going away because no seats could be found for them. Easter music was rendered, both instrumental and vocal.
Dr. York Russell spoke on "Easter Its Meaning and Lessons." He reached the high water mark in his public addresses. At the conclusion of his oration Dr. Russell introduced Mr. Vikley Ka Jaaksa Seme, the young pastor of the Church of the Holy Spirit William Curtis Guild prize, Mr. Seme, was received with tremendous applause and the paying of honourchelse for the young orator he saw the fulfillment of the Palmistry dream who declared that "Princess should come out of her hands unto God." He further said that this Zoha orator proved in his own ability that princess was not confined to any race. Mr. Seme replied that he was not confined to any race. He said he felt that in compiling with the white young man of Columbia university he was in a measure fighting the battles of big
