Brothers Wounded In Pistol Duel Pedestrians run for cover when a敲 broke out between two brothers, and Arthur and John Rusk shot it out on Pennsylvania avenue Station. The trouble started when John Rusk, who conducts a lunch room at 586 Baker street came to the lunch room to his brother, Arthur in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue for a argument. John was under the influence of liquor, is said to have been rejected from the place. He then drew a revolver and began to fire stattering a large $g how window in front of the establishment. HOT IT OUT Arthur is then said to have taken a revolver from his rear of the room and returned the $e fire, during the mace, he received a bullet wound in the face. He left the Colonial Hospital for treatment. John made his escape at the time but was later arrested when he applied at University Hospital for treatment for a wound below his left knee. He was arrested at the northwestern Police Station where they were held for a haring Monday. John drew a fire $f of $100 for assaulting and shooting Arthur and was accessed by a carrying a deadly weapon. Arthur was dismissed. He was represented by attorney Daniel Baymum.
