He discussed the League of Nations and said that in the beginning he would now have the Negro out of the party he would support him because in his speech in Oklahoma that Sat. night he favored Nesspace having equality before the law, that the Negro was not allowed to vote, that was accorded to any other race. Oct. 31. - The office of the school has just completed the schoola- l summer enrollment for the scholastic class. A clear gain of $9,922. $2.5 per year of enrollment. A grand total of $99,226. 78,464 students fall in the fall. Falls 62,729 below that of last year. A Decade of Growth The last ten years show that the num- ber of students in the school has 364 to 381,984, an increase of 6,714. The trend of population in the state has increased.
