Some things that I may say will be useful for the race makes it painful to ever say what things that cut, but it is too much "whipping the devil atroced" to recall that the first conglomeration the shores of West Africa in 1820, on the ship Elisabeth, which had been under U.S. government, it would be too much Colonization Society. Another committee time on the colony was constantly added to by new arrivals for some of the old ones, which was administered by agents from the white men. From that time on Gov. James Monroe when Joseph P. Roberts, was elected governor of the present government. From the very first the Liberians had a strong hostile tribe and finally with the both sides, I refer to the English and the Indians under one pretext and another they alled off apart of the territory miles away. Of the original trek the Liberians called out the whole continent among the Kingdom of Abbasiya. The future historians will never be gifted in the use of the pen today when the mighty giants gobbled up the mountains of square miles they were trying Christian civilization to that darkness, but when they discovered what infinite treasures were locked in the hearts of the founders millions of square miles they were teeming millions of lean favorites, and are asking they must be given the plums the more the plants be the better he receives our purpose. It is to be confidently hoped that the church will not matter than our limited vision can now penetrate—we do not know but we do know that the church in enlightenment may mean the rapid improvement of Liberia and that the power of powers can restrict this. Making what I deem full allowance for the power of powers can build the builders of Liberia have had to labor. It is evidence that the present church is the most powerful of that seal and dragged determination of the church that was true of their fathers, and gives them a place among the heroes of the church. It is evidence of an inspiration or incenement as an inspiration or incenement in houses which they live, many of them are built or constructed either by their fathers or grand fathers many of them are now living in Liberia.

For a number of years he was the Corresponding Secretary of the National Baptist Education Board, and it was during his administration that the National Baptist Theological Seminary was founded in the matter of securing his donation of $200,000,000 from the Souls Baptist Convention for the Seminary. As pastor Dr. Griggs served New Hope Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas and Mt. Glead Baptist Church of Ft. Worth, Texas, two of the strongest churches of the denomination. He was pastor of the Hopewell Baptist Church where he ended his career, and was pastor of the Hopewell Baptist Church where he ended his career, the organization and building of about five hundred Baptist Churches. As an Editor, he published the first volume of the *Baptist Journal*. He also published the Dallas Leaflet, the preacher and evangelist of the Baptist Journal. He was an unintering worker, full of zeal and enthusiasm. During a public career of forty-eight years there was a great deal of his good name. He succeeded in amazing a respectable fortune and racked high in business as a pastor.
Dr. Griggs was born a slave and after the coming of freedom took work in the farm. He worked evenings after his days work on the farm. He had no education in school except for two terms spent in the Richmond and Phoebe Summer Richmond. Are Not Studying It
Another difficulty is that, over 90 percent of law students are not law, and worse still, they are not trying to learn it. The great majority really think their petty whispers should be ignored, but they think when they speak, the law is nullified, the violation of the compulsory Education Law is the same as your own law, such as "Gaming, Stealing, Fighting etc," therefore I suggest that you familiarize yourself with it and use it. The good part is that as it is sure going to be enforced to the "letter," for your own, good and the "dollar" as nations.

TRC DALLAS EXPRESS, DALLAS, TEXAS, SATURDAY, MAY 13, 1922.
THE BENROY MOTION PICTURE CORPORATION ANNOUNCES ADVANCE IN PRICE OF STOCK.
AFTER MONDAY, MAY 15th AN INCREASE OF 25
PER CENT GOES INTO EFFECT ON ALL UN-SUB-
Scribed STOCK OF THIS CORPORATION. . . .
This advance is due to contracts held by the corporation for a two reel comedy which is now under construction. The sale price of this comedy, our first production shows a net of 25 per cent to our stock-holders. Our stock will advance according to the net profits shown after each and every production varying in accordance with the length of said production. YOU CAN BUY IT NOW FOR $12.50 PER SHARE, FORMER PRICE $10.00 PAR. After the second production, which is a five-reel western, the price will again advance. Buy now and make that profit. The following shows the possibilities of a $12.50 investment.
Do you know that there are 1100 Colored motion picture theatres in the United States that are demanding motion pictures with Colored actors and actresses? What this great demand means to those who invest and help supply this new field? Do you know that there has been only ten or twelve pictures produced with an all Colored cast of actors and actresses? What there are some 1088 Colored theatres each day who want and can't get a motion picture, with an all Colored cast. Therefore they have to show white pictures. For this theatres have a present day supply and you will find the demand more than 100 times greater than the supply. What does it mean in any industry when the demand is greater than the supply? It means a quick sale of your products, which in turn means a quick turn-over of your money, and but not least, a quick
Now take the 1100 Colored theatres and figure the playing schedule and rentals on a five-fire Colored picture. The following is figured out.
1100 theatres play a picture $3 days, give you a total of 3,200 days, that your picture would be making money for you, but of this total let us take one fire theatres by, by this fire theatres, by this fire theatres. There are 400 or more of these first run theatres in the United States. Now take the 400 playing a picture $7 days each give a total of 1,200 days. Multiply this by a average rental price of $15.00 per day and you have a grand total of $5,600 per day.
But let us make a more conservative estimate and say for various reasons that your picture only plays half of the first run theatres. This theatre cost $5,600 per day and we give it $3 days each at $15.00 per day, giving a total of $45,000.00.
Now take the cost of production, or the average cost to play a five-fire picture. This cost averages between $8,000.00 and $10,000.00, which is estimated at half as much as the cost of production or say $5,000.00. Take these two highest costs and add them, which gives you a total of $15,000.00. Subtract this amount from the $45,000.00.
Now what does this $20,000.00 mean to the share-holder? Let us figure the Theatre Motion Pictures Corporation is capitalized at $50,000.00, which is estimated at half as much as the cost of production or say $5,000.00. Take these two highest costs and add them, which gives you a share on one picture or $60.00 which is $8 per cent on your investment. To a share-holder holding 10 shares or $125.00 worth of shares, into the net profit which is $20,000.00 and you have the earnings per share on one picture or $60.00 which is $8 per cent on your investment. To a share-holder holding 10 shares or $125.00 worth of shares, into the net profit which is $20,000.00 and you have the earnings per share on one picture or $60.00 which is $8 per cent on your investment. We have only figured on half of the first run houses. We have not mentioned the 700 other houses which will play the picture in time. This would mean an increase in profit of no more than $10,000.00, the cost because the $5,000.00 figured to advertise and distribute is figure.
Pifteen years ago there were only six motion pictures producing companies in the United States and now there are many hundreds, but there are only four companies that are producing pictures with an all-inclusive budget. The first one was fifteen years ago. The demand must; the white field one of the leading industries in 15 years. The same demand will make the Colored motion picture field come forward in a surprising short time. Will you be one of those who grow with this new inquesty? If so make the move now, today. DON'T WAIT. Procrastination is the thief of time, will you be there, shares of you. Will you be one of those who profit by the opening of a new movie, if so fill out the blank below and 'close money order or check.
