Length of the progress in education that had been made during the past year would be worthful for the real communities of Texas and the rural districts as there were in them. Mrs. Kupkendall and Mrs. Carlson spoke of the opportunities that the formation and maintenance of Jeanne-Susan funds meant to the progress of Negro schools now are that more interest be taken in this work by the teacher and the order that the necessity for those organizations be felt by the parachute teachers in which the teachers worked. Mr. Carlson at the same time paid a high tribute to the work of Prof. Morse, the supervisor of the Negro schools of Fort Worth. Aidian Supervisor Bloodworth: "There are twelve Jeannes teachers in Texas and all of them are doing good work in the creation of love, sympathy, and sympathy.
