In issuing this, my official Proclamation, I wish to express my sincere thanks for the success that has been attained during the past Grand Lodge year to the entire Jurisdiction, knowing full well that that the achievements that have been accomplished could not have been possible without your hearty co-operation. In promulgating this Proclamation, I wish to impress upon all a very important matter that I fraternity request be given immediate attention. The time is drawing near when all Lodges and Households should complete the payment of their Temple Tax. With the payment of the November quarter this year, the tax automatically ceases, in so far as it affects those members that have paid Six ($6.00) Dollars the amount that is required to be paid according to Law. The Temple is nearing completion and all must feel a justice in themselves. I sincerely urge that all Lodges and Households see that all members are fully paid up in November.
