The conditions concerning which the critics of Hayes have been been in existence for many nights and days in these theatres. The conditions such theatres have not protected to the extent necessary to change these conditions to allow such theatres to take the door of Hayes. He is simply the artist, not the director, and in the cities in question and it would seem that he would in no way be responsible for the policies of Hayes. Could it be reasoned successfully that the realms of Hayes to stray from the fact of causing their management to change their policies and to at the house, there might be more the realms of Hayes to cancel their engagements. But no amount of thinking can bring a thoughtful response to agree with the realms of life and seems reasonable to suppose that he would engage with his engagements, he would simply lose the amount of money forthcoming for favorably for favorability.
influences the leaders, who in the
infirmity of their years, have been
good in a downward race and
so suffer from the thought which now
in the minds of the majority of
men.
The Express until now has been enabled to sympathise with the notice of playes for the reason that the dither which they would have him do require the condition of which they complain, and, should he agree with them and do the thing which they want to do, he would be happy, his booking agency and the general public which desires to
hear him, an impropriate injury, it would seem wiser, in the insistence of the person who would hear him free from lust of this sort, which, by the whisper whenever they attend these particular houses, to arrange to make them hold to hold a special concert for them at which time they could be backers to hold a other features connected with his appearance. This explains this statement. The Express in not unkindness of the necessity which is always present for the race to assert its dignity oppress it. But it does feel that it all of the process by which reason and chance for success. The proposal that Hayes can succeed in to fall in, the reasonable column-
THE COMPLETION OF THE
HAMPTON TUNEGEE FUND
There will be nothing but apologies for those who have been unable to attend the $4,000,000 fund for Hampstead and Tuckwell Institute and that as well as solicitors. The amount is large as that it could have been assumed. The degree of an interest in the perpetuation of Nogre Industrial education is that it is understood that this amount of Nogre industrial education is 10,999 persons and it has been announced from time to time that many of these persons have made a substantial amount of the school which is to be so definitely fitted by this gift had such a large hand in the acquisition please that the time goes on and the economic well being of the general group of people is more of this spirit apparent such a condition is greatly to be expected.
Nothing but pleasure can come from the thought of this great accomplishment, even if it comes of these two schools. But the thought of the handling of this school can mean an opportunity for competition or for that possession involves the responsibility of an expanding it that the school can afford. The particular may reap the maximum benefits from it. And there may be a need for the future of these schools to the extent that that amount guarantees it will make the school a successful institution, to such an extent that the work done in them will be worth it.
The publication of such an article as widely in the South as it has been published as well as the North is a testament to the result of the changed thinking of southerners' is proof of the fact that the change of opinion in the South is only another proof of the that contention of those who are hopeful it is not unreasonable that there will be equally of opinion in the South. There are good things to think upon and from which to reason. And there is every reason to hope that in the time that it is determined to make even greater progress than has herefore progress and have seemed to be, mind by members of the now that never comes a time in which we can stign to glove over the view of southerners. Increased opportunity places the responsibility for all those to whom it comes. In with the limited opportunities which we have received on Bald Haven, Hayes, Cullen, a Danhan, a Dabols, best in all of the lines of endeavor or in which we have recognized the production of like men in greatly increased numbers, only now exist were accidents and they did not indicate the ability of the southerners to favor desirable circumstances.
WE HAVE HOPE FOR THEIR SUCCESS

According to the statement of the Chamber of Commerce, movement, it is to extend its branches to all parts of the state and to increase the increase of business efficiency everywhere. The Expense is in heavy-earth with every movement looking to the betterment of business among the business community and particularly in Dalian. It resides that number of the business institutions which are now in existence here is to be traced to the lack of cooperation which, operating between business concern, increases the needs such as an organization and The Expense hopes for the success.
The rumored sale of The Standard Life Insurance Company to ATKANAS gives proof of the justice of our contention: a few notices on our contention, a few notices should not be given out until all of the details are com- mpleted. The notices can be manclers in St. Louis now come in for more mileage than they would have to get into the public print. Evidently, they did not purchase it. THE DALLAS EXPRESS, DALLAS, TEXAS, SATURDAY, JANUARY 1926
Intelligently done it can make your PORTUNE,
Unintelligently done it may
BREAK YOU.
A large circulation may be too expensive. A small circulation may be profitable. When you can all both (class) quantity and quality, you have a certainty of profitable investment, provided the thing advertised is worth advertising and the copy is intelligent.
The character of the newspaper has as much - perhaps more - to do with the success of your advertising as the quantity of circulation. Use of space are not always discriminating. Too many, in making up a list of newspapers, take the line of least resistance, copying from a newspaper directory the newspaper having the largest circulation figures, and without knowledge of the real value of the medium as a selling force.
In Texas the DALLAS EXPRESS has a circulation of 16,000 copies weekly to the best Negro families that's quality of a special kind you will find only in the EXPRESS. As to quality, it has always been known as their bible since 1859. "It slices in the same families year after year and no competitor has ever been able to dialogue it, no matter what he does or offers. Solo' on its merits as a superior newspaper, it holds its place with no premium, cut rate or other inducement
It's quality circulation, after all, that counts.
Madam C.J.Walker's
WONDERFUL HAIR GROWER
For nearly 20 years Madam C. J. Walker's Wonderful Hair Grower has stood the gruelling test of womanhood and proved its rare excellence beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt. Women all over this land and in 29 foreign countries have used it to enliven nerve cells, enrich the scalp, thicken thin hair, soften and silken rough, wiry hair and thousands of both men and women have found this preparation matchless in nourishing and stimulating weakened hair growth on scalps left all but bald by protracted illness. Madam C. J. Walker's Wonderful Hair Grower is not an experiment, it has stood the test of time and is today a proven safe, certain way to have better hair.

Increased Business Demands Larger Factory
