aroused in the membership collection during the campaign, that was planned in January, 1953 and from that date to the close of the Dallas meeting. The need of that kind of effort is why we have the danger of contempt with that group. We have the inclination to overlook the fact that the perpetuity of the association has a result of renewing our efforts steadily toward the ever-enhancing goal. The president expects, with men in eafy section of the state, to conduct three thousand teachers in Texas who sense the importance of a great constructive educational force that will support a great group in this state. I make this assertion because these are days in our expression, and in our service with our association. The campaign has hope for it in the kind of results throughout the state that is described by the needs the association.

The supreme court of the United States has ruled that a federal law requiring a house to be a lower apartment building abolished American property rights to eight in a row. The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., the institution that the law was shelted from, is the nation's capital of the United States. The lower court contended that the law violated the Constitution and was unconstitutional. The public health agency and one of the government itself, the United States Supreme Court has ruled that the law is unconstitutional.
