CHAGUAG, I1, Dec. 22—Whenever an American city gains such an unrestrained reputation for crime and filth law, and the police force is so largely suspected of being in league with the lotter world, usually the first thing the police do is to start staring—or rather "cleaning up" the Negro neighbor.
"The Newy organizations should allow the City of Chicago and its authorities that they are insured to do so."

"We hold no hotel for original elements, Nefis forces, or Negroes, and we force must not be allowed to create the impression that it is only on the South Side that cuberberies and violence are tolerated."
The Chicago police force, following the shooting of an officer by a Nero bandit, inaugurated an office in the city's downtown to treat the resentment to prece nightly. More than 350 arrests were made in the "dragnet" in their "efficient" search for one alleged criminal. One of the leading white dallies in the city, the Nero bandit, was the hant by the police progressed throughout the entire night. Many Negro homes were invaded. Prominent Nigerian teachers from all sections of Chicago landmine killed the police and mayor's office with vials and telephone calls, protecting the police from the attack. Rough treatment of Nexcess by the police and others conduct unlawful police officers.
A Training session at the Chicago police force Wednesday was nothing less than the action of a patrol officer who killed the Chicago police force Wednesday.
It was known that white denizens of the underworld killed Meejigan. These brave Chicago police did not make any wide spreadraid or search for the bodies. They made sure, one more, there 10 arrests made, let alone 350.
hardly believe that the police would make such as silly vigorous search for a Negro criminal when they are searching for white criminals. I believe in determined search to apprehend criminals, white, red, black—criminals to apprehend criminals, white, red, black—criminals.
It appears that policemen in American cities are most industrious in hunting down a Negro criminal. They make just as strenuous effort to catch a white criminal. The reason why police do not, and indeed value, white men is that they will invariably will protect their homes against the enemy. They are equally intolerant and cover Negroes.
A speaker at a meeting Thursday night commemorated in the police department, outrage against Negroes declared, "It might be the worst case of racial injustice at least curb crime in the most wicked and criminal city in the world."
The Chicago Daily Worker says: There is no shadow of excuse for the famer in which the police were involved. The police would not dare launch such a campaign in a white community, unless they had engaged in a "red"
