Pryor, President of the State League of the base ball world, that they will meet in Fort Worth, Texas to pay their entrance fee to the league. The meeting is valid for March 1st at which time all officials will be elected for the season. The league consist of Wichita Falls, Houston, Fort Worth, Shreveport and Dallas. It is believed among the fans that each team will be at its best this year as the managers of each has spent a deal of time including braun and brains from other states to come to Texas. Every team in the league has added some of the best ball players to the country to their staff. The Junior Christian Endeavor Class of the congregational church of St. Paul, Minnesota, students with a birthday vary, the 27th. The table was decorated with flowers and candles. RIDGE The Chamber of Commerce Deserves to Grow Larger The reports of the president and executive secretary of The Negro Chamber of Commerce show that the work done by that organization during the past twelve months proved beyond the shadow of a failure. There were those who were no coincidence, it has been a success. For example, it was not that it was an experiment and that it did have a place in the civil and economic life of the city. It was more than equal to expectations. It has served. It has accomplished. It has contributed large amounts of money which now actuates the governing heads of our city and which is responsible for the actions in which the group be held by leaders in the economic life of the city of large. It has received. It has been the way and has been the apotheosis of larger opportunity for this group which, however, has had no impact. It now faces another year. It now makes a larger program. One which should commend itself to all of those whose interests it has as well carried for in the months which have passed. It will necessarily seek to raise the budget necessary to care for that project should be part-party. It would comment it to those to whom it will come for support. Such services as it has rendered through its officers deserve an equal proven by cheerful and immediate support.
