In these days when all thought are turned toward the politician, the outlook of the negotiation when it is begun, would go far toward politics as such which is to be demanded. One of the great powers is generally referred to the group as when they do that, so that the politician can come and after the payment, many of the holders of debts do revolt to the pole and the politician goes on negotiation.
An address delivered at an annual meeting of a Texas trade union, in 1981, emphasized the importance that the trade union societies of this state could do much in reminding them of their obligation. If they prove themselves to be members in their annual programs and seek to see to it that all of their members become holders of membership, it may be remarked that much of the political program which they have been involved in has been through the interest of the hands of the various fraternal orders in the state in having their members involved in the work of the only duty they had the payment of poll tax, but they seem to have done so in vexing vices and in settling aside meeting nights for the discussion of the political issues.
Russia could adopt some such policy with the hope of the benefit to the national security of the country. The situation which we face politically is serious enough to warrant the inclusion in the national security in the programs of our annual meetings of various sorts. The Russian government is the nation of the state. It is composed of the most intellectual and most educated members. Each debate has some power and practice in his community and through which much necessary information is politicized as a citizen might be spread. It forms the foundation that the Russian government considers. The new life of the free life threatened in ISIS the result as the result of unorganized and considerate consideration of the rights contests.
DEMOCRATS, REPUBLICANS AND THE RACE + PLL BE A MAN
Members of the race were complaining several days ago because of the apparent victory of all of the Lily white elements at the recently elected Republican convention in Kansas City. Now Editor Richardson and correspondent Edgar Hammond have been accused of National Convention wired off the members of the race who attended as spectators and accorded no courtesies to those who were attendant in other capacities. In short, it seems that even to a greater degree than has formerly been the case the race politically is between "the devil and the devil." That is literally true. We are forced to accept half courtesies from the Republican Party and to face actual crimes from the Democrats. Although the Republicans have always considered the most active friends of the Negro in America and have accorded him a part in the most serious cases of the crimes against the other way and he is to be no longer no considered. The attempt to grow a large party in the south is generally considered as responsible for this condition. And the thoroughness with which that party is doing its job of getting rid of Negro influence is to be seen in the fact that the Southern Mississippi is the soil surviving Negro National committees.
one thing is certain; the Negro is faced with a serious condition that does not now seem easy of cure. Only one hope stands out and that it's the one which will require both time, thought and much sacrifice. Already in the North he is acquiring his rights by vetoing having pooled his resources into the fight against the slave system to grant him office because of his voting power. Must continue to be done with increasing regularity as time goes on. But in the south members of the race must come to that joint by more deliberate degrees but just as surely. Court justice must be invoked where their rights to vote in the race are closely and definitely, hirrising shrewdly with their combined voting strength, and in that way finally win a way into the councils of any party which they may choose. The time is definitely, have when the same comma need which have riven to the fraternal societies which took care of the slave system in every city and hamlet, which are devoted to the securing of opportunity in a civic way for the group. This is a long and tedious way but it is a sure way. It is also a way which, if followed, will result in that political mindedness on the part of every member of the race which is now so powerful that they can power and a process of boring from within. This after all may be the better and more desirable condition.
BEN BESS-GOES BACK TO PRISON
Ben Bess is of South Carolina had been in prison thirty years for rape and assault when a belated statement from the woman in the case gave him his freedom. The case has attracted national attention and reasons of paal. The woman was sentenced to five years in comment on the courence. All were agreed that the pardon issued to him by the governor was a good thing and that in addition the state owed him some consideration of a substantial sort for the mans days of labor which he had given without pay. There was some talk of a suit to recover damages but later it was learned that the woman had been sentenced to five years in prison and did not know what it contained. Now Bess is back in prison.
The mildest comment which may be made with regard to such a case is that there can be no doubt but that that state is in the control of hoodlums whose ideas of Nordic supremacy far outweigh their ideas of the sacredness of the North. It is not the case that the dastardly galaxy of Negro battling history. Had it not really happened, it would have been mutilated. Wild imagination would have been non-plussed in conjuring up such a thing. Yet it really is, justice is going again a bit more. It is not the case that another of the things which proves how far the better thinking south is from actual control of its affairs. It is just added evidence that the initil of the mob still reigns. On the theory that continued pain finally renders the sufferer less susceptible to it or at least more able to resist it, it is not the case that about as another pain would be a continual sufferer. Though still sensitive to it, it knew it for just another of the pangs to which it has long since become accustomed. But it does have the effect of causing more definite knowledge of the state than it would have better thinking members of the white race to the effect that the lawn are to be followed. Admitting that all such statements are made in the best of faith, the Negro realizes that to a large extent that portion of the white race is powerless to resist it, he must have in charge alone to the same degree that they have the Negro. It is unfortunate but true.
LYNCHING
Nakayama has announced that five lynchings have taken place in the first six months of this year. The last two months would have been more酷 because for the first time almost in history the country had no such case for the lynchings. The first two months of the announcement was in press two Negro brothers who dared to fight two white men were taken from jail in Mississippi and hanged and mutilated. The total now for the year to seven. Expense has hoped almost against hope that the good judgment of the white leaders of the south and of America generally would be now have caused to be written upon the statute books of their states a law against lynching. Good faith in the light of their arguments during the fight to enact a federal anti-lynch law would have seemed to demand it. But they have not been able to bring it. In the case of the mobbing them and their good intentions seem to go for naught. America as such is tired of this evil. Public sentiment in all but the most benighted sections of the south is demanding its cessation. And there is little doubt now but that the federal government must step in and do for the lynchings. The court will determine themselves. It must pass an anti-lynch law. And the sooner it is done the better it will be for this country. The white south of the better sort is wholly unable to control his hooligans and mobbblers. Steps must come in from else-

The Bulk of the work of walk-in clinics has been done. The passage of the most recent law, the last day. Possibly, fourths of the bills recommended by the committee never reached the necessary to enact them into law, and so claused were rushed through so much court that two persons have any idea of what was wrong. Among the important matters which called were provisions for the establishment of a department of dependents of disease ministers, establishment of a department of adoption or the budget system; consolidation of educational institutions; missionary societies, and the inauguration of a comprehensive V. Temporal Economy
As the report of the committee on temporal economy was the most important event of the conference, it concerned itself with
everything we need and especially the part which partitions the past quarantine amounted to. 11-14. The general officers, expenditures for missionary work, and the entire department made in this report, it was made at almost the last hour of the day which made understandable practically impossible. These reports were carefully prepared and were comprehensive in their treatments, but merely all of them plummet on the last day when they could scarcely be heard ten feet apart.
The most distinctively spiritual feature of the conference was the work of Mrs. W. D. Johnson, wife of Bishop W. D. Johnson, the president of the institution Mrs. Johnson had provided a place on the program for the service. She considered full service just before the ion process, and no matter what was in the day of the day. Bishop and others were called on to lead in prayer, and promoters ministers were in attendance. The morning service was the help of the priest was due to these services and great credit is due to this continuous woman who purpose in her heart that this course would not be turned aside by anything. To The Members of the Order,
Dear Bisharen, Greeting:
Because of the general dislike
inaction occasioned by the decision
to appoint the Fifth Annual Princess Reyna,
which took place in connection
with our Grand Lodge held in Paris
in June, 1838, and because of the race
that on the night of the contest or
after the decision was tendered, the
judges of June, 1838, that one of the judges had failed to carry out the instructions given
the constituents, which instructed
the same as those that had been previously published in the
press and revolution by us to
been baned and believing that every
one who adheres these contents
should have a square deal we are
checking the report of such of the
judges who acted in the Houston
trial and to report the result to us.
This Committee met and after carefully some over all of the papers presented, they judged on the right of the contest, found that all of the judges and followed instructions, and that the judge on which contested, on which judged, also required, except in the cases judged as required, except in the cases marked some contests against three polices, some on two points and others on only one point. This instruction, in contrast to the disadvantage of all contests except the one from West Worth, Mrs. Ainsworth did not slim her name to any of the alps on which she was judged and all of the other Judges did. After giving the matter carefully the Committee unanimously voted the fact that Mrs. Ainsworth did not follow instructions, that in judges' cases she did not cut, and the context dotted on the marks of the other four judges and strictly followed instructions.
in keeping with this decision,
Committee checked the marks
of the candidates and the
contestants in the *Houston*

Therefore, we are required, the judge will be come, revere, the judge will be come, maintained, persons, will qualified, render a fair and unbiased judgment in such a contest. They are thought to the Grand Lodge of Thames to the Grand Lodge of Thames to the Grand Lodge of Thames and every safeguard will be taken to see that each contestant is treated fairly. W. S. Wills.
