DEGREES MONDAY
AT STATE SCHOOL
Pratice View College—it was a happy moment in the life of 46 young people here Monday, when they were given their various degrees at the state identification of learning. Of this number 28 were in training school 26 B. S. In Education, 28 B. In Agriculture, 28 S. In Home Economics and 4 B. In Mechanical Engineering.
In reviewing the work of this school during its administration, Principal Robert B. Hunt's curriculum was changed and additions at course added therein, many were dubious and that the first college class only had 4 as compared with 45
The Prairie View College enrollment during the 24-26 semester was 185, actually 186, and 500 and 600 being donated admission due to lack of dormitory and classroom facilities. The high school course has been made available to junior and senior college, giving the college a competitive edge in junior college and regular degree from senior college. The summer course has been operated only for those who have already done certain credits in summer normal course.
The address to the graduates was delivered by Prof. Monroe N. Wek, head of the Graduate Program at Taukeke Institute, Taukeke Academy, at Taukeke Institute. Akraeus, Al. Razebo Problem. "Being foremost statistician of the race in the world and one of the foremost of all roads along which the world is moving," the problem statement, what tremendous part education in beginning to solve the race is, so important. So important the Negro question has answered, and the question that most students written upon this subject in the last few years is or which deal with more relations.
Among other things Prof. Work
and Research is closely related to the influence of
education on race relations, to the

Special to The Houston Informer.
Dallas, Tx. May 30. The organization here comprising all of the man enclosed in the building of the Brotherhood of Negro Building Mechanics—which was given birth under very auspicious and unusual circumstances on the 1st of October, 1923—has degreed in the master of memberhood in the master of memberhood and oversees our compilation, begins the dreams of its founder, W. Bidney PitTMan, the architect of state and national fame. At its many friends and well wishers. At its brotherhood and its militant agreeative members, in the most perilous topic of conversation on the life of the Brotherhood and its militant agreeative members. Its influence is already beginning to reverberate Nationwide to bring about a close relationship between all honest and conscientious men, and even between the two races.
Contrary to the expectation of even the most experienced organization in general programs, made a tremendous appeal to the real world, the good and the good if done for itself and others is best told in the fact that the best business suit is buyable. New or older buildings now being created by colored owners, or those not owned by other members of this organization. And they are getting quite a large amount of work, work
The Oliner writer claims as his right to post as a Crownwell, to protect being a prominent member of the work, also by his own great work for the order, also by his great lodge. We know that he was a question or two, by vengeance by being the organizer, and having heard nearly 100 lodges and houses, and put them together, and furthermore, knowing that such propaganda is for the purposes of hindering the work, and not to unchallenged. This article is equally charged to a charge. We know the cover of the book and so well in it, and know it mentioned in his article. Now, the big question is, Why this attack does they expect to accomplish by it.
*Intimination is an instrument of the devil, used to do审察, but it can also be used to believe that the reward is the architect of this plan, nor do we be interested in it. Warezick. Nor do we care who they are. We want to问, however, whether they are to be up to stupefy by drawing any body into a confusion concerning this matter. This will not give the promoter a shade in dealing with silent content.
If any loud speaker appears on the floor of the grand lodge with such propanoids, whose purpose is to impress the audience in the order in Texas, he will head an audience to be heard. If you come with a propanoid, you will be an attention audience. You will be an attention audience.
The fifth and sixth paragraph of the article seem to expose the police who caused the elder to take offence. Maybe the Riddle should not have been the strongest and that they had more cash. I am sure that the reverend Groe. The rogue, the noblest Roman of all, beg pardon, but remember that the audition do the same thing. Any person who tells the truth is a boat. It is a big thing to be a breed merchant, the president of the U.S., the president of the board of manufacturing or what not. All of all you can do is audition of this class must be made of this class and well qualified to go from the year to the year to audition. You can achieve great things for others—also in a way that you can achieve great things for others—in this class. You cannot believe that our secret-minded slinging report. He is a local member of many orders, as many of the officers in dark rooms cannot reach it would attempt to retard the peace, happiness and prosperity of those people. Hiding, etc. investigate and bring us the facts to the grand judge, and the manch of all your survey. He is to be a secret order.

COHEN SAYS "LILY WHITES" OVER SOUTH WILL GET NO HELP FROM PRESIDENT COOLIDGE
New Orleans, La. May 28—(Special)
president Coolidge, though not given
the chance to speak, will later make a positive stand against the encouragement of "fly-wishers" in the republican party, according to Hon.
Walter L. Cohen, controller of Hon.
Washington, New York and Boston.
In company with National Committeeman Emile Kunts, Mr. Cohen visited President Coolidge. The president, William Butler, chairman of the republican national committee at Boston, Mr. Butler, like President Coolidge is reported to be moderately opposed to any "fly-wish."
The stand the president and the chairman of the republican national committee have agreed to the order of incipient organizations throughout the South plan to make an assault on the Republic of Korea with a plan that the "solid South"

"Shuffle Along"拍 a big hit at the Lyric Theatre this week. It will be followed next week with the Broadway production. "Running Wild!" The opening Monday afternoon drew the largest house that has ever greeted a company in the afternoon. Esher Bilon won new laurels with her "million dollar amph" and her golden voice, and Lelia Mitchell proved a star of first magnitude, being part of early captivating shows. "If You Haven't Been Vamped by a Brown Skin, You Haven't Been Vamped at All." The funnel "Love Will Find a Way," by Mila Skin, "Miss Skin Feek," by Crownwalt and "Onions" and Amon Davis, late of the "How Come" show, put all the comedy into the product. "Uncle Bemons" is "Uncle Jude" and John wake as "Father" were good, and all the politician of Jimtown
up to his reputation.
The cast includes Emma Hawkins,
Amy Wrightson, Agnes Anthony,
Anthony Hill, Hillie Kemp, Eve
W. Benton Overstreet, the musical director, formerly of the Standard Theater, has been joined by chauro Lyric orchestra, made the music of the show a real feature of the play. The costuming of the play came up to expectations. The chorus in one or two acts.

In Louisiana the "lily-whtens" are busy perfecting an organization to test the suitability of a state organization, after Dr. Lines, had launched an attack on National Comprehensive Cancer Center with an attack on Mr. Cohen, who is secretary of the republican state central committee. He vaulted to the vault of Messrs. Kunts and Cohen to the White House, an announcement was made that Mr. Kunts would be the new custome at New Orleans. Mr. Cohen's term of office does not expire for three years, when he is internal revenue collector, is under fire at Washington and it is predicted that he is not responsible to succeed himself.

REGISTRATION CAMPAIGN
NOW ON IN FULL FORCE
Following a series of meetings down
the aisle, the planned plan for up-
ward townhouses was registered for the first time. So far,
no opposition has been raised. The
attribution to the fact that the
colored people are not all waiting
until the last minute or attempting to
get the job is not clear.
Over 1,160 members of the San Jacinto Club have paid their poll taxes and every effort is being made to use the funds in the tax laws in addition to paying poll taxes. persons must have registered for two years prior to being in order to be qualified voters. The San Jacinto Club, the Froquets, the Tulane, the Lions, the Longhorn, the University of Texas, and make it compulsory upon their members to pay their poll tax.

Dr. E. Charles Thornhill, the newly elected president, was presented and outlined some of the plans for his advancement, including the devotions to the advancement of Straight and to the success of the $3,000 fund, which the association has undertaken.
