The gold notes, the first to be issued in Texas by a colored corporation, will net the investors 8% interest in denominations of $10, $25, and $100; the amount of the issue being $25,000.
In the case of most colored corporations, stock is simply sold to the investors; the investors return make possible dividends, the stockholders are remembered; but in the case of gold notes, the investors will get his or her 8% interest on the investment, developing city in the great Southwest, this is, indeed, an unusual interest opportunity for people of moderate means.
Savings accounts, at best, will not interest the ammunition, and generally the employees of these financial institutions to help all races excepting the colored ones.
Here are two interesting provisions of the notes:
1. The provider that the maker will at all times keep on deposit with the Public National Bank of Houston, and the coupons of these notes, sufficient funds to pay at least six months' interest in the 'total amount of notes outstanding.'
"The notes further provide that Safety Construction Company, at any time, will provide a plus credit interest as part payment of improvements on any real estate in the city of Houston which is under the wise and able management of its directing heads, with regard to the improvements under the laws of Texas to do business in this state, the Safety Construction Company stands today as the largest group to grow can accomplish through cooperation and group action; and the Infrastructure mighty fine investment for our people in Houston and throughout the state.
Along with a delegation from the Houston Business Men's Club, this group is involved in Industrial College College, the local organization having acceptance by Principals and R. Banka, to the guest of the state school on a good wall and inspection tour.

the duty of enforcing these amendments rests with the congress and the
"No laws have been passed to enforce these amendments. They are not enforced in many states. Negroes are counted in the population for purposes of representation in the lower house of Congress, but they are many states disproportionate representation, unfair to the other states, and those states disproportionate representation to the house of representatives and of a president illegal and unconstitutional." The 14th and 15th amendments with the 18th, Congressman Tinkham pointed out that each one was a war-time measure or the result of a war-time measure. "If you are to obey your cath of office and to the best of your ability preserve, protect, and defend the constitution, you must either recommend to the congress the passage of laws to enforce these amendments or refer the enforcing committee to the national investigating committee."
The Informer is in receipt of an announcement from Dr. C. G. Gilmore, acting president of Bishop College, Marshall stating that the school at Bishop will begin Monday, June 10, instead of June 5, as the university will close on Monday and the session will close Saturday, August 17.

RICHMOND NEGRO WAGES LEGAL FIGHT AGAINST SEGREGATION ORDINANCE PASSED BY COUNCIL
Richmond, Va.—(ANP)—The famous or infamous Richmond jim-crow ordinance, which went into effect recently, caused J. B. Deans, prominent Negro citizen and property owner, to file a petition in the United States District Court here Saturday, asking for an injunction to restrain the city from enforcing the ordinance which forbids Negroes to occupy residences in blocks occupied by a majority of white people. The petition sets forth that the ordinance unlawfully and unreasonably discriminates against Mr. Dean and his family on account of their race and color. He recently purchased a beautiful home on 638 North 27th Street, located in a neighborhood which is mainly white. If the ordinance is enforced he will be forced to move within a certain time and if not must pay a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500.

Morris, noted lawyer and national grand master of the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows, represented the colored congressman-elect, and the state's action is taken here as an admission that its case against Mr. DePriest was too filimay and weak to stand the searchlight of legal scrutiny and investigation. Mr. DePriest will now present his credentials to congress next

NEGRO SPEAKER PLACED IN JAIL IN PELICAN CITY
New Orleans, Lm.—(ANP)—Because he uttered statements not in keeping with the general policy of the South and which opted to be humilious to the best interests of the South, he rested here early Sunday morning by Police Officer Henry Spamel.
According to reports, Small was found addressing a small group of Negroes on the second floor of a roaring house and was urging them to leave. He then told them that they had merited the same recognition as whites through their service to the country during war and peace time. Small was characterized by the police as a dangerous character with ultra radical ideas which he would destroy the "amicable relations which exist between the races in New Orleans."
Andrew Anderson and Emily Quiln, members of the Emily Quiln team, also entered into a debate.

"The field is the world." -Matt. 13:28.
"Up your eyes and look on the fields." -John 4:38.
"They that were scattered abroad went everywhere preaching the truth." -When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, their faith God also to them, and repentance unto life." -Acta 11:18.
"I thank God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken throughout the whole world." -Rome.
(V) An open expression of gratitude to God for the victories achieved on the field in the fields. Rem. 12.
Our Lord's use of the terms "field" and "place" refers to our place here; the world is the field in which the living souls in the world—as a result of the touch of these living souls in which the gospel of God is destined to work, for but of the touch of these souls longest great fields of tremendous social, political, moral, educational, spiritual, moral, educational, which will never be productive of the fruits of righteousness without being pierced through and through by the plains to plow shares of the gospel of God.

8. The scope of the invitation (v. 5-9).
9. Included all of both nations who would come to keep the Passover to the Lord God of Israel. "Israel" is now used to include both bishops. The effort was also made to include all second-hand. The messengers were authorized to implement the proclamation with urgent exhortation to restore a united nation and put it as part of the will. 11. It touched ancestral memories — "Turn again onto the Lord God." 12. It reached Israel (v. 8). 13. Recalled bitter experience — "He not like your father and brother, who resigned up to desolation, as me" (v. 7). 14. Around learning for cagainst kishtik — "Your brother and children in compassion before their captors" (v. 9). 15. Stirred interest of self-preservation — "So that they shall come again and be with you." 16. Fledged forgiveness (v. 9). 17. Israel's reception of the invitation (v. 10-12). In Israel met with a mitigated reception. 18. Some mocked. The urgent and slaveship invitation only excited opposition and ridicule. 19. The invitation was Jerusalem.
In Judah, God gave them one heart to accept the summons to unite in the Lord around the great Pamover.
II. The Passover Kept (wv. 13:27).
I. Altars removed (wv. 13, 14).
In the time of Alut (B23-24) those heathen allies were created to be worthy of the true dest ad traces of nobility must be removed. This voluntary act must be carried out by the king.
2. The Pussyfoot killed (v. 15). The zeal of the people was shown in the case of the priests who were not ready for their task.
The priests and Levites enhanced (vv. 15-20).
The zeal of the people put to shame the priests and Levites, stimulating their zeal to the law as given by Moses. The Levites then took charge of the Billing of the Passover. Though many of the priests were accepted as well, they were not taken to take part in the most sacred service, they were accepted as well. The Hospitallers, Jesus and His disciples, God accepted the purpose of heart rather than the letter of the law.
The praise of glad hearts (vv. 21, 22).
They continued serve days with glassees: (1) The Littles and glassees and loud be strummen (v. 21); (2) He Hokkaish speak comforting words to the Levites (v. 21); (2) He commended them and their work to God (v. 21); (3) They made concession of their sins to God (v. 22); (3) They proclaimed prolonged seven days (v. 28-27).
The king's object in prolonging the test was to make as much as possible an improvement to the thorough conversion of their mills to God.

"The slave trade was never established as a business until the white man organized it."
"The black worker of the South does not own his country. He does not own his Northern workers the worker of the South. He merely lives in it, conforms to the social standards set by its white master, and performs its highest labor tasks. The black women and men and children have been the basis of Southern prosperity for more than one hundred years and are the basis of Southern prosperity today."
"Educationally the South punishes children who are born black."
Negro business men are usually not engaged in any basic industry. South Africa's businessmen have their banks for the purpose of pushing Negroes forward along the line of business. There are few Negro teachers to whom Negro business men can turn."
Negro students are in charge of gaining a living on the land eight, or nine are directly dependent on the wages for their livelihood. Others are employed upon exploiting this man of black labor, and he will spare no effort to obtain his control, be those means political, economic, social. "Economic power is function of the white race. It is the field of activity from which Negroes are almost completely excluded, or far less to be compared."
The chapter of "Economic Discrimination" should be quoted in its entirety to be appreciated, may be memorized, and in the rate of pay, is a legal statement, and then follow statistics of rates of pay in all walks of life. Tricks of hiring and promotion to teachers and other professional distribution of work; promotion; dismises are discussed without hostility; hold statements of support for them.
"Negro Centers in Industrial Citizens are accompanying photographs, and demonstrate every 'white man hang his head in shame.' Negro have not found their ancestors in the South, still a subject race. They must content themselves with the followers in their occupations and in their肆意 anger." "In response to its urge that something be done the national committee should do, the national public party in Georgia. It made considerable hardship. When the condition was met, the committee sponsored by the national committee and the organization headed by Negroes in Georgia, and the committee contented for recognition. The Negroes of Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio forced the committee on our assistance."
"That was the last effort made to clean up the Republican party in the state," he said. "And then the thing the Tulane advocated twelve years ago. We do not believe it. It was not done by Howard. It does not agree with him on the question of publication, law enforcement, or any of the issues that Howard was accused of. He excuses to attack Howard even if it assaults him for the most complacent action he has done since he entered into office."
In the matter of social relations the author reminds us that when we have a place to live, we experience, and made to feel shy appearance. In the chapters. "Opening the Profession. Profession. Profession. Nearing the segregation laws of states, North and South, and the situation accompanying photographs are only two bitterness familiar. And the sum of chapters—is delicious: "Nerrous: a member of an inferior race, must be equipped in adding to the plight or profit of the superior white race. The greatest virtue that an American must know is to know a place and stay in it."

I have well known to the American
public that the Bible is the source of
knowledge of Jesus. Presidents during their

world, and the great mystery of God.
That is the question that darkens, the literal end of the

The previous summer I was asked the question: "What is the difference between a job and a position?" The answer was: "A job is a specific role that a person can perform, while a position is a broader category of roles that a person can perform." I am a job manager at a company that specializes in software development. My job involves creating and maintaining software applications. My position is a software developer, which means I work on developing new software products. The difference between a job and a position is that a job is a specific role that a person can perform, while a position is a broader category of roles that a person can perform.
