THE HOUSTON INFORMER
BLAME OFFICERS FOR LYNCHING WRONG NEGRO
Atlanta, Ga. (INS) - On September 8, last night, an innocent Negro was shot and killed by another Negro upon his good sunday. The investigation was made by Solicitor General James Lantic Circuit, and his report has been in the hands of Governor Hardman. It seems that the governor ordered the investigation to be made because the police report upon the lynching had to cut to the public. Especially was the report concerning the conduct of the troops whom the governor ordered to be sent to the lynching. The adjacent general of the police report rumor began to spread to the effect that there was no misconduct on the lynching. While Solicitor General Grice's report has not as yet been released by the governor, the solicitor-general has said that the military did not hesitate or any equivocation that he military dislames in connection with the Da. Nazareth he hoped "that the governor will release my report to the newspapers why I made such charges."
The report in full is being awaited with a great amount of interest, for the man who was lynched by the cent man who was lynched could have been protected had those responsible for his protection gone to the full authority permitted them to go.

Houston's newest office building is about to be opened. It is one among the many green spaces located in the wards, and the only one on Dowling Street, which is located in the Ward. The building is owned by Geo. Goodson, formerly one of the largest employers in Houston, until he sold out to a company at a very hard-to-find figure. Goodson's office building is located in the 10th floor of the Empty Position Park. It has two store rooms downstairs and seven office upstairs. All is fireproof. The office represents that the rent for these offices would be reasonable, and that the building is safe and satisfies all reasonable needs and wishes of tenants. The Dowling Street car runs right in front of the building, and it is surrounded by neighborhood. Mr. Goodson, the owner and manager may be the owner of Dowling Hall 0532 and Fairway 0277.

Perfect Beauty
the result of perfect care!
W. We see a woman who is a perfect picture of love-liness, we are apt to think, "How fortunate she is."
But that is not the explanation. Beauty it not a matter of chance or good fortune—it is something every woman can have, if she really wishes it.
Perfect beauty is simply the result of perfect care of the right attention to your skin and hair, and of the use of proper beauty aids.

A shooting of the officer and the subsequent mob violence which resulted in the shooting of Jackson, occurred early Tuesday afternoon, when a mob on a charge of holding four tour-guests in Jackson, the latter fired at him, the bullet piercing the right eye of the Jackson escaped from other officers who wounded the scene and made him his captain. His pursuers, a variable mob, surrounded him there and shot him. Officers escaped on the scene and concerned the mob and placed him on the scene. Although he was believed to have been mortally wounded there was still swarming around the little hospital at Weldon for treatment. The officers succeeded in percupping the would-be victim and quickly removed Jackson here, where he was placed under heavy
The report was received here Wednesday that another mob was formative, and the police are now a prisoner from the local hospital and string him up to the Hearing this week. The police are a cordon of picked men around the hospital and seven others on the in-
Jackson told local officers that his home is in South Carolina, and that he is on a mission to help the community months. Hungry and destitute he sought to relieve his condition by going to a shooting accident he forced to drive to Weldon, Ohio, in a shooting accused. Both Jacksons had been pronounced as serious, but his condition has improved so he can recover for their recovery. If the chief of police dies, it will perhaps be nailed to the ground, and prevent Jackson from being from jail.

SYSTEMATIC MANUFACTURE OF
RACE PREJUDICE
That is the sad part about it: When colored men in the South commit vicious crimes, they then through fear of prejudice and mote their process to do what is necessary to save the lives of people, then through fear of prejudice and action as if they were criminals. And for this the Negro population of South Carolina has been held alive for generations, were harmed by the state's laws, and the country spoke pallidly about the expulsion.

Peta's confession was provided by two questions of Jesus. "What is it that I must do?" Options differed, but all recounted him to be a teacher or a prophet with more than human authority and power. "What is it that Jesus persistently claimed to be the very Son of God. He would have his disciples to possess a personal and real relationship with Jesus, to being God manifest in the flesh." I. 1. He told him of Satan's desire concerning him (v. 31). Stirian is concerned with the Lord (v. 32). Christ's prayer for Peter (v. 32). He prayed that Peter's faith fail not, not that he should escape the cross. 2. Peter's confidence (v. 33). He fallen when he returned to the cross. Believers begin to weaken when they no longer desire to hear about Christ crucified on the cross. 3. This was to take place three times before the covering of the cock (John 18, 25, 27). las of the need for a hospital for Negro tubercular patients and
for « Negro delinquent girl’ home. Continually some uch ques-
tions are arising not only in Texas but in other sections of the
South. In cities, Negroes must complain that city ‘administra-|
tions will not extend sewerage to Nogro homes; will not pave Ne-|
gro streets; will not provide for garbage removal at regular in-|
tervals and’ things of a like nature, In counties the attitude of
ssherift¢ Is to be complained of, particularly when there is danger
of mob action. "The governors of states do not feel disposed to
igive orders for stringent action in dealing with mobs, or they
‘are not sympathetic toward the meeds of the Negro citizenry gen-
‘earally. And it is worthy of more than passing notice that these
conditions ‘maintain in.cities and states where Negroes have no
voice in the selection of the officials who serve them. ‘This con-
dition is most Ianvaly true of atatgn where Neroes do. not. vote
‘Votes will ‘eure the majority of these ills. Votes and votes
alone are eloquent enough to command attention and they have
‘voices loud enough to be heard over all other public clamor, Let
‘Negroes vote in ‘Texas in all elections and soon there will be pro-
vision for Negro tubereulars. Let Negroes vote in Texas and in
all of its cities, and soon there will come an increase in the num-|
ber of paved streets in Negro sections. Negro delinquent girls
‘would have homes; the attitude toward the Negro worker would
‘improve and he would be included more largely in the paying

bring this to pass, ‘The moral suasion of the type to which we
have become accustomed largely to a day gone by. The
day of special favora to the “big Negro” of the town who knew
“Mr. So and So" have gone. Cities as well as the state at
have grown out of that situation and we need the ability to ex.
press ourselves as a group in order that we may make progress
a8 @ group.
It is for that reason that Negroes generally should not rest
until the ballot is theirs, They must come to the point of staying
‘at that job in season and out until there is no more prevention
of ‘thelr helping in the choles of thelr public servants, “Money|
