|last Wednesday night at which a mo-
ition rescinding the action of ‘the
church in accepting the resignation of
Rev. Carr was passed. This action,
according to Attorney W. T. Francis,
‘has no effect upon the injunction re-
straining Rev. Carr from acting as
pastor of the church, and Mr. Francis
says the pastor will be in contempt
if he attempts to do so.
