School For Life Insurance Scheme Organized One Company Alone Has Increase of Nearly Two Million What a mark, marked recognition by Colored People of the value of life insurance is the great increases of 1923 of the leading companies owned and operated civitatively by Negroes. One of these companies, alone, had an increase of nearly Two Million in insurance in force for the past year. During 1911 there were established a number of new insurance companies by No- Collected People Making New Uses of Insurance The new trend in the insurance world of issuing policies to cover the needs of individuals and businesses in the event of the death of its principal officer, the providing of funds for the education of its employees. The former forms of indemnity has had much to do with the great increases in the number of policies issued. This is the reason that the people who are beginning to understand these various uses to which insurance companies are attached School Established by Insurance Company A noteworthy feature of one of the outstanding insurance companies is the Standard Life Insurance Company by the Standard Life Insurance Company of a School of Life Insurance which takes to train men in practical methods of selling insurance, collected from the experience of the men in the school. The problems which the big interest of the States are now concerned with have to do with the uses of life insurance as a conservator of business interests and wide-wake heads of business enterprises who have never previously realized that life insurance can be used to save. In providing old age pensiones, as collateral for loan, as a protection of mortgages—in case of death of a parent—as a means of providing situations, are now giving increased attention to these features of insurance. The missionary work in education in 1923 will doubtless be reflected in increased demands for these forms of protection in 1924. Dr. Hayes also wrote to Mr. Wells using him to stand firm and explain the following words: "As an alumnus of the University and as privileges, I commend the position you have maintained in what is by no means a personal gift to your personal interest but also for the academic coping with Neuro youth.
