up publication of a de luxe edition of "Who's Who" in America in which all of the "illustrious" individuals in the race will be included. No question is made of how all of these persons have been interviewed, the book will be determined. Mission is made, however, of the fee of ten dollars which represents the price of the book, and blanks are included which when filled out, will give all of the information necessary concerning these, who are approaching. Whether or not these notices have been broadcast promiscuously, or whether a number of prospects have been carefully selected, does
The Express, while applauding the idea of accomplishing such a project, feels that, in order that it may be as efficiently accomplished as possible, care should be taken in the preparation of the project, other method, than that of an "appearance fee" of ten dollars. The tendency among us is well known: that we mean, of being anxious to appear in the light at night, that we want to be seen by others or group of people or group of others. The public is in grave danger of being deped. Should this method be employed for the obtaining of funds necessary to the issue, there is no doubt that we would be greatly deped. The financial standpoint. Every little insignificant member of the "would be great," every little "leader," from most any group of people, would be deped. A. B. men, those with purchase degrees, would gladly scrape up the price of admission, wore they able to get hold of those blank forms, and swamp the officers of the department. There is the danger of having it happens that the really great among us, we feel that there are some, would be so busy getting their own jobs done as well as was possible, that the promotion of the promoters are so plausibly offering to them. Such persons would rather that others, having appraised them, would give to the world, the story of the significant accomplishment, that there are no criticism, that there can be no criticism.
The Express feels also, that this year a meeting of Teachers will be held with the association of white teachers, hence a future filled with our progress of the real need. It represents one of the most important of the profession of all of those allied to the operation of all of those allied with the profession, the world and the beginning of civilization, benefited most largely. It represents most likely that we train the future citizens of our race and nation. And there is to expect to reap a rich benefit in the matter of progressive action, in the motivations of the advocates. "This year's program, according to its announcements, will be accompanied with progressive actions. Speaker of national note, propositions of the progressive sort, "everything is going to be associated "the best" in Education for every Girl child" is to
"Who is Who?" in the race of noun is rather hard to determine. In a mult now, we have been no easy laying to question. In fact, we have been no easy laying to question those individuals who have stood out by reason of their quality, has not been so deficient, has made as to make a chronicling a thing which can be done with the unsering predisposition of the person. It is the opinion that, though apparently worthy, the project is being approached in a highly impractical manner and that the project has been apparently begun. it will represent in a very small degree, the real buildings and constructions among us, man or woman of real ability rights that he should be inducted into the profession. He we, in rather buy his advertisement space outright.
President Coulson now knows for himself, the attitude of members of the race toward the policy of segregation in the departments at Washington, the lack of action on the issue of race in the department, the affect the race, the lack of enforcement of the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendment, and the failure of the courts to function with their usual degree of precondition when faced by members of two different races, any one of which might be Negro. Those who presented this petition were of the opinion that Washington should be Washington with a view to determining some course of procedure which would lead to the improvement of the unfortunate conditions which the race faces politically as well as in civic matters. News reports state that the President injected with his usual degree of attentiveness and the ability to work in the working out of the problems which the race faced.
