The first is the situation of the four countries which is visiting Hampton Institute, it is composed of leading scholars from many hands, and is representative of The International Institute of Teachers. It is studying Negro education as exemplified by Hampton. It is studying the situation of the Native Affairs in The South African Union. He was a visitor in the offices of The interracial Committee and is seeking all of the light possible on the problems of racial adjustment in order to apply them to the situations which his students have encountered. The majority of the thinkers of the race will wonder, when reading of the visits of these students, whether or not they will come in contact with the actual situations as they exist in this country and whether or not they will discover them in real life, for all of the reports if progress

The walls are not built from concrete and from this both part of the city and the walls behind her sound and the little bathtub she found have never seen anyone come to her. She never sees anyone come to her. She never sees anyone come to her. She never sees anyone come to her. JOHN A DAVIS, FORMER DALLASITE
ELECTED TO MISSOURI LEGISLATURE
Telegraph reports to THE EXPRESS indicate that Lawyer John A. Davis, well known in Dallas was elected to the Missouri Legislature by a majority of 5000 in the contests of last Tuesday. Lawyer Davis has been prominent in politics in Missouri for the past five years and has been candidate for public office in two other contests falling of actual election by only a few votes. He is still in his early shirts and has been a proud citizen of the local town for about two years, being associated for a part of the time with the now famous Judge Crittenden Clark.
Lawyer Davis is a native Dallasite and his mother still is a resident of this city. He graduated from the public schools of this city several years ago and went directly to Howard University, where he finished his legal education.
