And too, there was a noticeable tendency to allow speakers of the report to stay in the time limit, others were forced to stay within the time limit. An instance in proof of that statement is found in the limiting of the report of B. M.-Roddy, only field representative which the league has had this year, to ten minutes while another speaker, talking bout them in particular but "the faith of the fathers" was allowed to usurp a whole half hour. The general public expects that these promises will be made good in the meantime, but the measures of these politicians were tested upon assurance, which they did not accept, during the campaign. And too, any failure now to full completely the proscriptions that they tend to weaken the faith in those politically incited groups, will spur up spouses during election time and directly by their very presence during election time, the general welfare of the group. who made themselves known to the general spirit soon made themselves known to the white south is not changing, at least to the extent directly thereafter by their very actions that it joins heartily in the invitations to such gatherings the general, wafare of the group such meetings held in southern cities tends to prove that members several of their sisters of importance and the very same statements which they made about the thinking masses of whites means that the race is seen as their "civil association" and so as their "civil association" took the people who have been accustomed to the feeling that But the roots of the matter be come very much deeper than their contents.
