AMERICA'S GREATEST WEEKLY NEWSPAPER HOUSTON, TEXAS, SATURDAY, MARCH 29, 1930 brought by the N. A. A. C. P., in Texas, Arkansas and Florida, brings to Texas whether state party committees can exclude colored voters from primary elections, whether state party committees can do so by enactment. If the supreme court should uphold the federal district court of Virginia, a second decisive blow will have an effect on the primary system in the South. Not only will it be unlawful for state legislatures to marry as was held in the first Texas primary, the primary (Nixon-Ryan) favorable decision in the present case, will likely prohibit from attempting such exclusion by "ruiling" or by preemptive color qualifications for party members. The wide interest in the white pirate A. A. C. P. is evidenced by frequent letters being received from various views of the various cases published in the law quarterlies and review journals, Cornell and Michigan universities. SOME ECONOMIC FUNDAMENTALS TO FACE PARLEY The "obset" or mechanical worker is another决定因素 in the determination of Nexroos in America. Mechanical or technological trends are the very driving force in the industry. In other words, improved methods of production brought about by machine power for manpower management of thousands of men, both white and black, by warfare and other mechanical controversies. In other words, a new worker has been proportionately the greatest attheffer from the days of the steam shown to the present day of the steam shown to the present day of the next year or it is probable that displaces thousands of Negro hands in the cottonfields of the South.
