As a show, we do not gain anything further out of the verdict in the trial of the plaintiff, who was accused during the trial of the pre-trial relationship. We also avoid a vindication and a vindication reflected discreetly and shamely upon both of them. We do not make a verdict made doubly sure and certain was that neither law, custom nor practice can make much difference. We also other hand it still appears that somebody is yet "missing up" and "mixing up" the facts, and that it is hard to draw the line between the two races in this country. In many respects the trial was slicking and annealing and we are going to continue the trial on the first episode projected on the open, and sincerely trust that the verdict will be unanimous, our damnment suit by the spouse against her hubby will not be so unsavory, vultures.

All Sweet Defendants Released Under Bonds; New Trials For January
New York, Dec. 4- (By Telegraph from Detroit)—M. L. Walker, treasurer of the Detroit branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, telegraphs that all of the 11 defendants in the Sweet case have been admitted to bail and have been released under bail bonds furnished by colored property owners of Detroit, and by the local defense committee. The national office of the N. A. A. C. P. will help defray the cost of such bail bonds as have not been met in their entirety by local colored citizens. N. A. A. C. P. attorneys appeared in court on Wednesday morning, December 2nd, and procured admission to bail in the sum of $10,000 each for Dr. Ossian H. Sweet, Henry Sweet and Leonard Morse. Mrs. Sweet was released on her personal recognizance, thus releasing the $5,000 bond heretofore furnished for her. The N. A. A. C. P. attorneys in the case have already begun their preparations for the new trial in the case, which has been set for January.

SWEET DEFENSE GIVEN SUPPORT BY DETROITERS
(By the Associated Negro Press)
Detroit, Mich.-This city has not wavered in its determination to do its last bit in the effort, growing out of the efforts of others, for the killing of Leo Reinier, white member of a mob which attacked Dr. Sweet's home, to guard it to the police, and liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." The civilewide finance committee, appointed Gomes, and appealing to all groups in the city, has collected sufficient funds to pay for the defense. Rewatite, representing the defense, Rewatite, Clarence Darrow, $1,000, and to Nelson, local white lawyer, $400, making up $2,450. This group will $300.
In addition to the work of the city's property owners have bailed the defendants out, scheduling Dr. Sweet to do so, and having the defendants arranged for the last of the defendants Thursday, chief deputy Dr. Sweet, his wife, and all the others had to have $10,000 each, and the other only $6,000 each because the police had guns in their hands when police defended them. All the defendants had guns in their hands when police defended them. This homicide ball additional $500 for assault on the man women the police had shot all but $6,000 was scheduled by police, and was delivered by a friendly Jew.
